This site is a tribute to Cliff, who was born in Newton abbot on May 14, 1949. He is a much loved  family man and will always be remembered. My dad was a well loved man and had a heart of gold willing to do anything for anyone. Rowcroft helped my dad and family thought  our short and horrid journey. Please help and support rowcroft to carry on helping others like they helped my dear loving dad.
